Solju, the Parliament Hall, is a conference room furnished to the highest standards. The hall is the venue for the general assembly of the Sámi Parliament and for meetings of the Board, but may also be hired as for conferences. The hall name Solju is North Sámi and means risku, a traditional item of Sámi jewellery.

ROOM SIZE AND CAPACITY:

* 60 persons; 23 seats around the circular parliament table, 12 seats at six desk-type tables and 25 theatre-type seats (i.e. without tables). See floor plan at bottom of page.

* Tables and chairs can be arranged in a variety of formats appropriate to the occasion.

* A floor area 125 m2 and a height in excess of 10 metres. The hall is oval in shape; maximum length is approx. 15 m and maximum width approx. 10 m.
