Mari documentation

In 1984, Jorma Luutonen made a parser for East Mari based on Kimmo Koskenniemi's 1993 dissertation. This documentation contains of two parts. First, the 1984 version of the parser is documented. Then an attempt is made at sketching a reimplementation of the 1984 parser for contemporary tools.
