This folder is for temporal documentation.

It is added here for symmetry, the folder ped/sjd_oahpa/doc_tmp contains copies
of files from smaoahpa. Rather than copying them here we thus just add a note
pointing to sjd_oahpa/doc_tmp. Also, the documentation should rather be online.
