Seminar structure:

1. build motivation - use cases, 

agree on overall goal of the language work:
- what do we/they want the future of the languages to be?

define the LT needs of the language communities to help reach those goals:

demonstrate what we have (ie what we can help them with):
install, test existing tools - identify issues
- on participants' machines as part of the seminar (training, etc.): 
-- testing Komi, Kildin dicts online
-- installing Stardict and Kildin/Komi dicts (@Cip has to implement some version for Stardict)

- demonstrate what we have
- find out what we need
-- a. input problems (keyboard)
-- b. output problems (character coding and showing / fonts)
-- a. and b. on different OS, diff OS versions, diff browsers/editors, etc.
-- any spellchecker tools for demo on the same env? Yes
-- who to install then there also? Actually, we want them to install the existing tools on their machines as part of the seminar - we want to see how they do it, whether it works, etc.)

(in case, they come with own machines! At least some do, we'll have to do with that)

then onto how we can make these tools for the Russian languages
- resource needs (source code, dictionaries, corpora)
- methods (???)
- technologies (transducers, dictionary frameworks)
- tools (xerox, hfst, whatever...)
