New version of interface (mostly) implemented. 

!!Issues

* svn directory for JS files
** they need to be in same domain as database
* metadata id's -> id + name
** rename the non-root id atributes to "name"? yes.
* datafiles root element doesn't always have @id
** this is an error, and should be corrected whenever seen

Problem getting the id attribute of the root element:

<xml ...
<r id="smanob" ... <== this line
</r>
}}}

Only this works in XQuery:
{{{let $dict := string(root($hit)/child::*[1]/@id)}}}

Suggested directory layout for new webapp:
{{{
apps/risten2/* -> apps/risten2/eXist-app/*
                               webapp/
                               build-scripts.sh
}}}
