* install the webapp on divvun.no, set up a nice url (divvun.no/risten2)
* debug and improve the article display and fetching

* install eXist as a service on divvun.no (__Børre__)
** issue with http xml requests just solved
* configure apache to redirect requests to divvun.no/dictserver/ to eXist
  (__Børre__)
* populate the database with content and RESTXQ Risten2 calls
* change the frontend code to use the Risten2 server (__Tomi__)
