Main issues before the release. These are absolute requirements, without them
we should cancel the release!

* domain names have to be working! (SD has done their job)
** ask Børre or Ryan for help? The mapping must be done in the Nginx config
* fall-back page for old browsers need to be working
** static html (or whatever is supported by the JS / webapp frameworks)
  (e.g. [http://jreject.turnwheel.com])
* localisation needs to be done for all interface elements
* dictionary list must be working again

Lower priority:
* the rest of the redesign
* all other things
