Setting Risten2 with Durandal:

1. Install NodeJS from http://nodejs.org/
2. Install MimosaJS on command line: npm install -g mimosa
3. cd risten2/durandal/
4. sudo mimosa watch -s
5. open browser 'localhost:3000'
6. Code resides under durandal/assets/. Everything gets copied to public/ when code is changed.
