The Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion (BLD) is led by the Minister of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion. The other political staff is a secretary of state and a political advisor.

The Secretary General is the administrative leader of the Ministry.
The Ministry has five departments.
