The fourth meeting of the NEFAB Council since the entry into force of the NEFAB State Level Agreement took place in Oslo on 27 November 2013. With reference to Storting White Paper No. 32 (2001-2002) and Storting White Paper No. 18 (2002-2003) and pursuant to Sections 6-2 to 6-4 of the Act of 4 July 2003 No. 83 relating to electronic communication (Electronic Communications Act), interested parties are hereby invited to participate in the auction of the licence for use of third-generation (3G) public mobile communications system in Norway. Below follows a description of the auction process / rules for selecting a new licence holder for use of 3G.
